Un dentista de 43 años de edad, de la ciudad de El Alto, fue enviado a la cárcel de San Pedro, acusado de cometer violación a una paciente menor de edad, que resultó embarazada.

La víctima tiene actualmente 14 años de edad.

Según Harry Suaznabar, jefe de la unidad de Atención Integral a la Familia de la Alcaldía alteña, la menor sufrió la agresión sexual en cuatro ocasiones, cuando asistía sola al consultorio del dentista, y ahora tiene un embarazo de ocho meses.

Señaló que el caso recién se conoció en los últimos días, por lo cual el profesional acusado fue detenido y remitido ante la justicia.

La  Miriam Tarqui Flores, del juzgado 2do de Violencia Contra la Mujer de El Alto, decidió dictar detención preventiva contra el acusado, tomando en cuenta que se debe precautelar los derechos de la menor.

Señaló que existen los certificados forense y psicológico que sustentan los cargos contra el dentista.

Policía detiene a odontólogo por agresión sexual a adolescente en La Paz

La Paz, 10 ene (ABI).- La directora de la Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra la Violencia (FELCV) de La Paz, Karina Figueroa, informó que un odontólogo de 45 años de edad fue detenido el jueves, tras ser acusado por supuesto abuso sexual a una menor de 14 años.

    “Se ha aprehendido a este señor y se lo ha puesto a conocimiento del Ministerio Público. Este odontólogo, según la valoración psicológica que le realizaron a la menor, habría abusado de ella en reiteradas oportunidades”, dijo a los periodistas.

    Según la declaración de la menor, ella asistía periódicamente a un tratamiento de ortodoncia al consultorio del ahora acusado y en esas circunstancias el odontólogo se aprovechaba de la adolescente.

    “Ya se le dio protección a la menor, se hizo la valoración médica y todas las valoraciones que ella pueda requerir”, añadió la jefa policial.

    Figueroa añadió que la FELCV investiga si existen otras víctimas.

“Le preguntamos por qué no se respeta el 21F”

El jueves en la noche, la presidenta de la Cámara de Diputados, Gabriela Montaño, pasó un mal momento cuando se encontraba  en un restaurant en la ciudad de Santa Cruz y un grupo de mujeres se acercó a su mesa para exigirle respeto a los resultados del referéndum de 2016.

Una de estas personas, que pidió la reserva de su nombre, en contacto con la red ERBOL, dijo que con respeto le preguntaron a Montaño por qué no se cumplían los resultados del 21F.

“Nos acercamos educadamente a preguntarle a Gabriela Montaño por qué no se respeta el 21 de febrero, por qué han pasado por encima de las leyes, por qué han pasado por encima del voto popular y que simplemente exigimos respeto hacia nosotros los ciudadanos. (…) Ella simplemente se quedó callada, no quiso responder, lo que hizo fue levantarse y salir del lugar”, declaró la persona.

La mujer aclaró que no fue algo planificado. Dijo que de manera casual pasaban frente al restaurant y a través de los vidrios que dan a la calle vieron que en una mesa estaba Montaño junto a otras personas y se animaron a ingresar al lugar para reclamarle por el 21F.

“Ella estaba en una de las mesas que justamente da a la calle, entonces fue algo casual”, dijo.

Señaló que es importante que los ciudadanos, en cualquier lugar del país, cuestionen a las autoridades del gobierno por el 21F cuando se presente la oportunidad propicia para hacerlo.

“Creo que es importante que el ciudadano aprenda en todo momento a exigir respeto, porque si estas autoridades fueran increpadas todos los días, tuvieran un poquito de vergüenza de hacer las cosas que están haciendo. Eso es lo que hace falta, que todo ciudadano despierte, que en todo momento se exija el respeto a nuestras leyes”, manifestó.

La ciudadana comentó que luego del incidente, varias de las personas que estaban en el restaurant la felicitaron a ella y a sus compañeras por haber encarado a Montaño.

“Algunas de las personas, luego de que terminó todo nos felicitaron porque se requiere valentía para ir a enfrentarse a una persona con el poder que ellos tienen”, dijo.

Aclaró que en ningún momento se apeló a los insultos o a la violencia para abordar a Gabriela Montaño y que en todo momento se guardó el respeto correspondiente.
